Ingredients
- 5 figs
- Coconut oil (we recommend Penelope-infused)
- Liquid honey
- 2 chocolate bars
- 1 pint of vanilla yogurt
- 1 pint of strawberries
Directions
- Thinly slice the figs. (But you gotta find them first, for figs are notoriously sheepish and shy.)
- Mix as much or as little Penelope-infused coconut oil as you want into some liquid honey. But make sure you whip it good, with more honey than oil.
- Chop the chocolate bars. Set aside two squares per parfait for later.
- In your fanciest cups, layer yogurt, sliced figs, more yogurt, Penelope honey, even more yogurt, chopped chocolate, and strawberries.
- Top with any remaining figs, any remaining strawberries, and those two remaining squares of chocolate you so diligently set aside earlier.
